Create a Knockout experience

The best example of a business that creates the knockout experience for their clients is the Disney Corporation, and if you have been to any of these Disney theme parks you will now what I am talking about.

The Disney corporation say-

DO WHAT YOU DO SO WELL THAT PEOPLE CAN’T RESIST TELLING OTHERS ABOUT YOU!

Plenty of business I deal with tell me that they do this through their service, the problems is that everyone does that. People don’t rave about that stuff, even if they understand it.

No, what they really rave about is coming home from a meeting with you and saying, “I didn’t know what to expect when I went in there, but, boy, that was light years better and different than anything I ever expected! or
“Every time I leave her office, I feel so much better.

It is like a weight is off me every time I see her!
These comments are the result of you giving them the “Knockout Experience”. If you can get your clients to say those things you know you are creating the knockout experience.

The trick IS NOT ENOUGH TO BE A GOOD BOOKKEEPER, IT PROFESSIONAL OR MECHANIC. TO GET TONS OF REFERRALS, YOU HAVE TO KNOCK THEM OVER! YOU MUST BLOW THEM AWAY!!

Every single aspect of your business, whether in your office, or in their house, has to absolutely shock them with positive feelings.

You must Put together a systems where you cant fail TO KNOCK THEIR SOCKS OFF!!
